Tyler, Texas (June 27, 2020) - UT Health East Texas has a new clinic offering primary and acute care for adults. Located at 1100 E. Lake St., Suite 160, the clinic is open 8 a.m. to noon Monday to Friday.
Adult patients can receive routine care or sick visits, physicals, vaccines, chronic disease management and more. Please call 903-877-5400 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins also are welcome.
