Not only did she listen and actively communicated responsively but she also listened to my concerns as well as my, paranoia and issues regarding needles. I am particularly and very grateful that she sprayed my knee with cold numbing spray the whole time she was giving me the injection of either steroids or cortisol or cortisone. She was absolutely right, and that it felt better, numb or less painful immediately after I left her office and returned to the main lobby at UT Health Jacksonville. This next day, my knee that was injected, feels very much better, I can't really feel it at all, which is a good thing. Thank you ma'am For using the spray the whole time you were giving me the injection. God bless you because you helped me with my fear of getting relief from my arthritis.

She was dismissive. She seemed in a hurry to leave. Spent about 5 minutes in the room with me and then just left telling me to leave when I was ready, because I was in tears in pain and frustrated. She did not have any sympathy or offer anything to help me feel better emotionally. She needs better people skills.

I had a concern about my wrist. It was clearly bruises and swollen. She didn't seen to concerned about it. Told me to give it a few days. I feel she should have at least taken xrays.

Really like this Dr. She was patient with me because I have anxiety disorder & I don't like needles. I never felt the needle go in to do the extraction of fluid from the Bursa. She was very good!
