The P.A. Spent adequate time with me & was genuinely concerned, but he talked too much & didn't listen to me enough. After a while I just stopped trying to ask questions or share my concerns because it was too hard to get a word in edgewise.

Very explanatory and made me feel completely confident that I am at the right place

The doctor explained how well I have progressed since my last visit. We talk about everything that I had asked about of some good/ difficulties I had been having with urinating better. He explained the differences in all the questions I have asked and when there was nothing else to talk about we both proceeded to the appointment desk. This is when the lady help me make my next six month appointment.

The doctor actually looked me in the eye and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I really appreciated this because too often when I go see a doctor they are also on their computer and rushing the appointment to get to the next patient.

I really appreciated the exceptionally well bed side manner the Dr was.

The PA was fantastic with detailed information about the results of surgery. Very thorough explaining risks and after affects of surgery. What to do if I have a problem away from home...etc. Very, very thorough, and thoughtful concerns for patient.
