“As a nurse practitioner specializing in family practice and women’s health, I am committed to providing holistic, personalized and evidence-based care for patients of all ages. My care philosophy is rooted in the belief that every patient deserves to be seen, heard and respected, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where individuals feel safe and empowered to participate in their care,” said Lauren.

“I have a special interest in women’s health, including well woman exams, birth control management and guiding patients through perimenopause and menopause. Within family practice, I enjoy supporting patients in staying healthy through preventive care and performing office-based procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections and suturing.

“My passion for women’s health began during my five years as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse, where I saw firsthand the importance of patient-centered care. I chose to become a family nurse practitioner to broaden my knowledge and provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, partnering with them to achieve their best health.

“Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family cooking, watching movies, reading and staying active in our church community.”
