About Britne Curran APRN, WHNP-BC

Britne Curran, APRN, WHNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Athens. Curran chose women’s health because she felt that women need to have access to quality healthcare. “Being from a rural East Texas community myself, I feel I am able to relate with each patient I come in contact with. This allows me to connect with my patients and better assist them.

Curran believes in treating each patient as if they were family and giving them the care she would expect to receive. “By specializing in women’s health, I am able to connect and serve women in all stages of their lives. Throughout these stages, I have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and grow with them.”

When not seeing patients, Curran enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and gardening.
