About Robert Tompkins MD
Robert Tompkins, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who practices at UT Health East Texas Physicians at North Campus Tyler.
Dr. Tompkins has the responsibility of the family medicine residency program at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, where he oversees soon-to-be physicians in training. In addition, Dr. Tompkins is a two-time recipient of the Will Avery Faculty of the Year Award.
He has over 20 years of experience as a family medicine physician and treats patients of all ages.
Dr. Tompkins is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
