Samantha Denton was friendly, concerned, and understood about financial problems with a $600.00 per 90 day prescription and was to try another medicine instead. I have no complaints with the care she gave.

I'm sure they are told to get things done quickly which is why they are in such a rush to see and process the visit. Little instruction was given when l asked for a prescription for a certain catheter. They excused me to leave without explaining about the prescription or how l would receive it.

We must not have been clear as to why we called for an appointment because it seemed that the PA thought we were there regarding the PSA. After we said "what about the pain?" she examined but found nothing, however, to her credit she ordered a CT scan and that showed a hernia. A message via MY Chart wondering what the next step was I was referred to a general surgeon.

The provider was completely at ease, answered my questions readily, and gave excellent advice!
