I have no complaints!

I didn't know to ice the area after the injection until I read it in the notes on my mychart. That is the only miscommunication I am aware of.

He had completely studied my chart, xrays, etc before entering the room.

His assessment immediately went to prescription.....he did not suggest a deeper look into my issue. There is popping in my shoulder....he told me it was swelling but my shoulder isn't swollen...it's more functional movement

The PA was really rude. He spend like 5 minutes in the room and HE DID NOT LOOK AT MY WOUND how can he make his notes if he didn't do the physical exam. Very rude I don't want to see him again.

The experience was exceptional.

He was running last with appointments, but answered all my questions, explained what was happening to me, ordered me some prescriptions, explained why, ordered a MRI, and explained when he wanted to see me again. IMO the MRI should have been ordered about two months or more ago. My accident happened 16 weeks ago. I have complained about the same pain ever time. Finally someone listened.

To put it simply it was just everything was not professional at all. It was like super unprofessional. My husband has been to several other hospitals and he knows what professional hospitals are run like and this was very unprofessional. Everybody acted like they were not properly trained. They just acted kind of slow and were very forgetful and we had to keep asking them like inform us with what was going on. Very not verbal. It was just very strange.

Maybe his hands were tied on help, and if I weren't complicated with all my problems he would be okay. As I have several other conditions that make things worse, I don't feel he is equipped for such.

Whoever he was, he was only in the room with me about 2 minutes if that!
