Betty Vale was very thorough, asked and answered questions, seemed genuinely concerned about me and what I needed.

She is top notch! Caring, an amazing listener & goes above and beyond to help me!

B. Vale actually listened to me and carefully explained options and I have not felt so good in months like I felt yesterday after the visit and today

It was very refreshing how she listened to me and didn't rush me. She listened while I spoke and then made any notes or looked at the computer.

Dr Vale was great! Informative! She didn't seem rushed during my visit. I'm very impressed with her method with my injection, didn't feel a thing.

I really don't believe that this office is listening to me as far as the amount of pain I'm still in and really don't seem to care

It was a good experience considering the circumstances

The NP did a brief exam of my knee and showed little concern. They again provided the options of elective surgery or physical therapy, but no care plan other than to follow up in a couple of months. I left in pain and unheard. 

Excellent PA truly cares about her patients.

Doctor/Nurse Practitioner was nice she made sure my leg was healing properly. We discussed upcoming appointment regarding my prosthetic leg. Appointment went well and quick.

Absolutely fabulous! 

Overall experience timely and listened patiently as we engaged in conversation.
