She entered health care to serve others and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. After spending eight years as a cardiovascular intensive care unit nurse, she pursued a career as a nurse practitioner to expand her clinical knowledge and take a more active role in patient care. “Becoming a nurse practitioner allowed me to provide more comprehensive and patient-focused care,” she said. Her clinical interests include general urology, men’s and women’s lower urinary tract symptoms, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract infections and hematuria. She focuses on patient education, preventive care and long-term management of chronic urologic conditions and provides comprehensive urologic evaluation and follow-up care for adult patients ages 18 and older, helping patients feel comfortable addressing sensitive health concerns and improving quality of life.
