Dr Moss is the absolute best! He is personable, knowledgeable and makes patients feel at ease. He takes the time to explain & make sure you understand.

Joe and I get to the issue I am having. We discuss options or if I may need further testing.He and I discuss the medication that he may want to prescribe. He goes over the pros and cons of medication and then it is my decision if I want to take it or look at other options.I am very involved in my care there. Joe never cuts me off, dismisses me. I trust him. If I am having a tough time in my life I can take a minute to discuss it with him and get encouragement or things I can do to improve my well being. I come from a family of doctors and nurses. The patient comes first. Joe does this. He reminds me of my grandfather and how attentive he was with his patients. I respect Joe and I always recommend people to him. He really is an excellent nurse practitioner.

Joe Moss is a wonderful, caring PA-C. When we have a serious problem he manages to get us in as soon as possible. We feel very fortunate to have him in our community for our health care.

The doctor and the nurses and the front desk people are really good. 

This was presurgical so everyone was very encouraging and wished me well with the knee replacement I put off having for years.

He gave me a prescription for a walker that I have to get done in Tyler not in Rusk. He was on top of it and was pretty sure they wouldn't do it here in Rusk.
