About Elise Elliott, DO

Elise Elliott, DO, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at UT Health East Texas Women’s Services at Four Seasons in Tyler where she is accepting patients of all ages. Dr. Elliott is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to women in the community she proudly calls home. Inspired from a young age to pursue medicine and return to East Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She went on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from The University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, graduating in the top 3% of her class. Dr. Elliott then completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor Scott & White in Dallas, where she was honored to serve as chief resident. Dr. Elliott enjoys caring for women through all stages of life and is equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of physicians in women’s health. “I feel privileged to come to work every day and work with women of all ages and backgrounds, empowering them to learn more about women’s health,” she said. “To be given the opportunity of establishing lifelong relationships with my patients is such an honor. I truly believe that building trust and rapport is the foundation of all patient care.” Outside of medicine, Dr. Elliott enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening and exploring new cultures through travel with her family. Dr. Elliott is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
