About Leo Holm MD

Dr. Holm enjoys getting to know his patients and taking care of them throughout their lives. For more than 10 years, Dr. Holm has provided his patients at our Overton Clinic with the best of both worlds—old-fashioned skill and care combined with modern knowledge and technology. The UT Health East Texas Physicians Overton Clinic is a physician practice that offers family medicine care in a local setting.

Dr. Holm is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
