She was very caring and helpful

Dawn took her time to address my questions and clarify them. She was very easy to ask and didn't even make me feel bad about my concerns. She made me feel good about the visit. But then she had to send her nurse back in with the procedure instructions and he just didn't even ask me if I had any questions.  But the provider was great!

Ms. O'Neal was very nice. She explained my results in detail. She answered all of my questions and gave me information on what to do if I have issues in the future. She was very thorough and I would definitely recommend her.

Dawn O'Neal is really a wonderful care provider! You have her complete attention and she explains everything from causes to treatments available. I feel that she really cares, which seems too rare these days.

She spent a lot of time on this sensitive visit and has many plans to work on issues, she was also sensitive to my traumatic background that made some of this visit difficult

The provider did not explain either of the procedures regarding the risk or benefits. The provider did not discuss followup care.

She listened, wrote down things, and gave me all my information I needed.
