Dr. Raul Torres-Heisecke joined Tyler CVC in 2013, after working at the VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, and at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He even took time to look at a EKG strip that I had done for my wife using the KardiaMobile device (which he recommended) and let me know that my concern was unfounded. That’s service that you don’t get from many HC providers these days. I have a lot of confidence in him.
