About Khushboo Verma, MD
"My care philosophy is centered on holistic comprehensive care that sees each individual as a whole and not just the issues they bring to the clinic. As a dementia specialist, I also prioritize the well-being of caregivers because strong family support is essential to patient outcomes," said Dr. Verma.
"Growing up, I was inspired to pursue healthcare by my grandfather, a surgeon, and often accompanied him to patient visits, seeing firsthand how he treated people like family. His compassion and bedside manner left a lasting impression on me and shaped my belief that meaningful clinical care comes from truly caring for patients.
"My focus is dementia care, motivated by personal experience with my grandparents who lived with the disease. I aim to provide comprehensive support to patients and families, showing that meaningful interventions and guidance can make a real difference.
"Outside of the clinic, I enjoy running, swimming and collecting stationary."
