About Nichole Ford MD, MBA

Nichole Ford, MD, MBA, is a family medicine physician at UT Health East Texas Physicians on Fifth Street in Tyler who sees patients 13 years and older. She seeks to provide care individualized to each patient’s goals and needs while emphasizing preventive and holistic medicine.

“I chose family medicine in order to make connections with my patients to last throughout all stages in life,” she said. “I have a particular interest in women’s health, as well as preventive care for adolescents and young adults that are often overlooked in the medical system.”

When not seeing patients, Dr. Ford enjoys playing golf and outdoor activities including kayaking and playing water sports with her family. She also enjoys reading and cooking as a way to decompress after a long day.

Dr. Ford is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
