Dr Smith always listens to my concerns and we formulate a plan for the next year or discuss any tests I might need now or in the future.

Dr Smith is very caring and does an outstanding job of explaining everything. He explained my ECHO and other things like my blood pressure and medication. He really cares for his patients.

I am used to doctors dismissing me, not listening, not bothering to look at test results, basically no concern or care. But Dr. Smith, listened and he actually looked over the test results which meant I didn't have to have it repeated. Him listening, reading over the tests, and discussing options and plans was such a welcome, refreshing experience.
