Very good communication and thorough exam.

Dr Flavill was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was extremely happy he had a screen to show me what he was seeing om the camera scope and explained very well what I should be feeling and what to expect.

What I noticed is how he spoke so clearly and enunciated his words. I usually don't hear or understand what people say but he not only spoke clearly but he heard my concerns and addressed them.

I could tell from my visit that the doctor had read everything off of my chart including test results from MRI CT scans, etc. I just felt very good level of comfort in knowing that what he said about my condition was in my opinion correct because he ran all the necessary test, he read the reports.

Dr. Flavill listens and appropriately responds to my various concerns. He spends sufficient time to assess my condition and make recommendations. I always highly recommend Dr. Flavill to others with ENT issues. I feel that Doctor Flavill is interested in my questions/worries and leaves me knowing that he cares about my health.

He wasn't mean, he was actually OK, but he needs to work on allowing the patient to actually talk and get their words out instead of cutting them off. It seems to be like he's in a rush to get out of the room.
