Dr Truong addressed every concern, ordered what was needed, and sent me for X-ray of knees (a new concern) in the same building. From results I was immediately referred for orthopedic consultation. Dr Truong is very efficient in handling multiple tasks very quickly, while still listening to me and explaining things to me.

Would be helpful if he looked at me when asking/talking. Thinking back on part of a conversation, I think he misunderstood an answer I gave based on his response. I clarified but I still think he thought I said something else originally.
