With the initial interview with the doctor, he did not think I had multiple myeloma, but ran the necessary tests to ease my mind.

He is a soft spoken man and I have a slight hearing impairment. I did have some trouble understanding him, but he patiently repeated himself.

At visit it was fine but when concerns about test results were coming in & message Dr on my chart got no response. Nurse called 5 days later & I shared concerns got call back next day by nurse that everything was normal with no response to concerns
