Dr Willis is my person. I can always count on her to listen intently and consider the best options for me. She is a gem.

Maybe the Dr wasn’t advised that I was waiting in the next room. I don’t know. But my visit was simple, uncomplicated, and very short. Not a problem.

Dr Willis us the absolute best. She makes you feel like you are her only patient and she has all of the time in the world to explain issues ir treatments and answer questions. Dr. Willis is absolutely one of the kindest people I know. She always the same, sweet, caring and calm.

Dr Willis is the definition of a truly great doctor:knowledgeable in her field, kind, patient, courteous and such a good listener. I know she is incredibly busy but she never makes me feel rushed, always answers all my questions, and has a bedside manner that should be modeled/taught/trained to all of the med students at our med school. I am so thankful to be her patient and wish she was my internal med doc so I could see her for all of my healthcare needs. She is truly a unicorn in the medical field these days and her working with the up and coming med students is one of the smartest things I have seen done in healthcare in Tyler in a while. Hats off to whomever made that decision bc she is the best at what she does!
