Dr. Cali really listened and was very thorough. She gave me several options and explained in detail, making sure I understood everything. She even explained that the best option for me was a surgery she doesn't perform. She could've convinced me to have surgery with her for the money she could make from it but instead she was honest and informative, explaining why this other surgery and surgeon would be best but left the choice up to me. I really appreciate that.
