About Ajay Pachika MD, FACC
Ajay Pachika, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with Tyler Cardiovascular Consultants (CVC). He practices general and interventional cardiology, with specialization in percutaneous coronary and peripheral intervention. “I’m very passionate about the work I do.”
Growing up in India, he went to medical school to become what he most admired, a physician. “They were my role models because of their passion for the profession. No matter what time of day or night, patients came first.” He enjoys using his skills to help cardiac patients improve their quality of life. “That’s what’s most rewarding, to see that they’re back with their families, back with their kids, able to lead a normal life.”
Dr. Pachika earned his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from Kakatiya Medical College in Warangal, India. He completed his cardiology fellowship at The University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky, and an interventional cardiology fellowship at Oklahoma University Hospital in Oklahoma City.

I really like Doctor Pachika and I have strong confidence in his opinions.
Dr. Pachika also switched gears. He immediately nailed down what was causing by BP issues. He immediately discontinued 3 BP meds and placed me on ONE new one. Man, you talking about a Very Confident Doctor. He clearly explained what was happening and why he pretty much immediately knew what to do. My wife began to cry, not out of fear, but of his Confidence. She was very worried and when he (in less than a minute) put her at ease kinda like magic. Dr. Pachika is THE BEST.
