About Kate Rameden-Tipton MD
"Growing up, I was inspired by both of my parents, who dedicated their lives to caring for patients in their family medicine clinics. Watching them provide compassionate, comprehensive care sparked my own passion for medicine and instilled in me the value of building lasting relationships with patients," said Dr. Rameden-Tipton.
"I chose a career in family medicine because it allows me to partner with my patients to achieve their health goals, combining preventive care with the management of common chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. I find it deeply rewarding to guide patients in maintaining their overall health while addressing individual needs, empowering them to live healthier, fuller lives.
"Outside of the clinic I enjoy reading, baking, knitting and spending time with my family and dog."
Dr. Rameden-Tipton is employed as a clinical faculty physician at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.

Dr.Tipton was excellent. She was caring and listened attentively to all my issues. She was clear and informative about care and why she was doing with treatments and referrals. She gave me many options for referrals.

My visit with Dr. Tipton was quite pleasant. She listened well to my medical complaints and showed sincere concern for my well being. When I asked her questions about medications etc., she responded with clear, to-the-point answers, without being cold or 'robotic' about it. I find that it is EXTREMELY important that doctors have excellent bedside manner and Dr. Tipton did an excellent job! I've encountered other medical practitioners in the past (different clinic) that were more interested in sounding smart than listening to their patients.
