Miss Gina, Hanna, and I think his name is David, were wonderful. They listened to my problems and took the time with me to help me understand what was happening and explained the problems in layman's terms so I could understand. Hanna even worked on a problem and called me the next day with some answers. She has always helped me with the rough problems. Also all the other workers who saw me come in or leave spoke to me, saying hello or some type of greeting, and when I was leaving they again acknowledged me with a send-off of "have a nice day" or similar greeting. Everyone is so great. I give Kudos to the entire office. This includes the front office staff.

It was the first time that I had seen NP Gina. She was welcoming, listened to me and gave excellent answers to all my questions. You have a wonderful team member there. I was most impressed. She spent an appropriate amount of time with me and showed genuine care for my concerns.

Gina took her time to get to know me, she asked thorough questions and described, as well as explained, how symptoms might feel when I was not sure if I had them before or not. I feel like I am in great hands with her and her team.
