Dr. Droder is very kind and personable. He asks lots of questions to understand how I’m doing; he is patient, friendly, and reassuring but also frank while answering all my questions; he always puts me at ease and is willing to work with me even though I am not always a compliant patient. I appreciate his balanced approach to medicine.
