Dr. McShane is a caring, knowledgeable physician who is, as my wife says, laser focused on providing excellent, up to date medical care.

This is the 3rd pulmonary clinic that I have gone to, including the #1 respiratory clinic in the US. God willing, I will never do to another clinic. Due to retirement, etc, of the doctors that I have had 3 difference primary doctors. All were excellent. The staff is excellent.I am sure that something could be improved but I have no idea what it would be.

I absolutely loved Dr. McShane. She spent a TON of time with me, asked insightful questions, gave detailed explanations and literally walked me through my CT showing me everything she saw, and what did and did not concern her. I've never had that before and it was incredible. I left there informed, armed with a plan, and very hopeful for my future, which are all vastly different feelings from when I arrived.

Fantastic Dr. McShane! Not only does she listen but also she asked questions that no doctor had ever asked me before (I've been dealing with this since 2006). Highly recommend her.

The doctor gave me a LOT of information. Thankfully, a friend was able to come and take notes. A follow up summary of next steps and the overall plan would be hugely helpful to make sure we understood the important pieces as well as which part of the plan Is contingent upon specific results.I did get great sources for information and messaging in the patient portal is working great for things I felt uncertain about.
