Refer a friend, and if they are hired, you may receive a referral bonus of up to $5,000!
How Does It Work?
Share career opportunities with your friends using our new employee referral portal:
- Navigate to the employee referral site using the link above and select the job you want them to apply for. Please note you must use Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in to the site.
- Click on “Email this job to a friend.” An email will be sent to your referral once the information is completed.
- The referral must submit their application through the email-delivered link.
Bonus Amounts:
- $500 for non-clinical and professional roles
- $1,000 for non-licensed allied and key leadership roles
- $2,500 for licensed allied roles and LPN/LVN
- $5,000 for RNs
Part-time roles will be rewarded at 50% of the listed amount.
Employees who refer a hired candidate are eligible for payment after 90 days if they remain employed and referral procedures are followed.
