UT Health East Texas Announces Sale of HealthFirst TPA and Affiliates to Imagine360

Tyler, Texas (January 15, 2025) —  UT Health East Texas has announced the sale of HealthFirst TPA (Third Party Administrator) and two related companies, Medical Management Solutions (MM Solutions, Inc.) and Risk Funding Alternatives (RFA, Inc.), to Imagine360, an integrated health plan provider specializing in self-funded health solutions for employers.

Guy Cayo named CEO of UT Health Quitman

Quitman, Texas (January 2, 2025) — Guy B. Cayo has been named chief executive officer for UT Health Quitman, effective immediately.
