Payroll Deductions
If you are an UT Health East Texas or Ardent Resource Team member, you can signup to donate via a paycheck donation (one-time or recurring donation) safely with these three steps:

- Complete the form and save a copy.
- Email the completed form to ashley.harrington@uthet.com
In order to augment security, please send the email from your UTH Email account. In that way we can check the Employee ID versus the incoming email address.
