First time I met Dr Arendt he was about 25 minutes late, came in introduced himself & immediately apologized for being late & said you now have my undivided attention, take all the time you need. Every visit after that was on time & he always listens and gives you all the options & lets you contribute to best course of action. His nurses & staff are all pleasant and efficient. What else is nice is when I was having a health issue & decided on Saturday morning it was time to see the Doctor about it, I went to my chart & was able to schedule the appointment for 9 O’clock Monday morning.
