I am so happy to have found her, she was my last resort. Wish she had been the first. I had been to several doctors with no answers. Dr. Elkins took her time to listen to my symptoms. She knew exactly what I was facing. She took the time and effort to study my symptoms, then recommended steps to help me during a Larynga spasm. She prescribed a medication that has definitely helped. She has a very outgoing personality, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.

However, beware of the billing department. I evidently overlooked an outstanding amount due beyond the insurance coverage. A simple call would have rectified the situation immediately. It was turned in to a collection entity instead.

Dr Elkins is a extremely competent caring physician. Who has a broad range of clinical experience and adds the latest care and treatments. After commuting to Dallas for several years to find an ENT that would treat my condition, with uncertainty I chose her practice. I have been rewarded with excellent care and treatment. Dr. Elkins from the beginning listened to me, communicated her findings clearly and explained possible treatment options. With her guidance and knowledge I am on the road to recovery. I understand that not all circumstances will be the same for everyone. But I assure you Dr Elkins and her staff will make their best efforts. The Staff and the Doctors in this office are very informative, caring and really strive to make the patient feel at ease. They very much focus on the quality of their care. It is located just across the street from the hospital which is very convenient when in office procedures are not preferred. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Will definitely return both as a patient and with my children as patients.
