He is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and his medical care philosophy aligns with mine in the end game ...to get to the root of the problem, apply the least amount of medical interventive steps necessary to help bring issues back in line... giving hope to be able to embrace a healthier lifestyle in which with minimum or even no medical intervention requirement to maintain my health long term. He is caring and honest as he guides me through the lifestyle changes I need to make to be healthier... even when I have difficulty in "changing my old habits" to do so! I feel confident in his knowledge and care plan. I have hope to bring my health issues back under control... which I had almost lost hope for the past 2 years. I always feel Dr. Pippin takes the time to thoroughly explain his recommendations/option’s enabling me to make an informed decision. I appreciate the fact that he is not quick to prescribe medicine unless absolutely needed. On my last visit, he shared the myChart portal with me showing it’s usefulness. Within 24 hours of the visit, I was able to see my bloodwork. I did have a couple of questions on the results for which I messaged him within the portal. Within 30 minutes, he responded and we had a plan in place.

Part of working with any doctor is making sure that they are on the same page as you are for your health. As an "over 65" customer I have found that doctors either patronize and trivialize you OR they tell you what is happening because of your age rather than the reality. Dr. Pippin is neither of these. I have found that he listens well, contemplates, and then gives advice for options. Maybe the options aren't what you want to hear, but it is up to you to decide for yourself what you want to do; not him dictating what needs to be done or just randomly ordering tests. He also has a good sense of humor when it comes to discussing your medical issues. And not that he laughs at you . . . its more that when you are speaking candidly with one another that the relationship builds and yes, personal health sometimes can be humorous. As I have "aged out" from my prior doctors, I hope that Dr. Pippin is here to stay because I don't want to change to another doctor.

Great Doctor I had a female Doctor before Dr Pippin. I had planned to get another female doctor but I was given Dr Pippin who is so very good that I never switched doctors. Dr Pippin is a great doctor. He listens, he answers all questions, and he explains everything. Best of all he stays with a problem to find solutions. Dr Pippin takes the time needed, is intelligent, and has great attitude & demeanor.

Dr. Pippin is very knowledgeable and quickly can assess and treat most anything. He has a kind demeanor yet will assert himself for the patient's good. He has taken extreme care treating my sister with stroke, cancer, and covid as well as myself with A-fib and other problems. He's the best!
