Dr. N. Truong has been my doctor for the past 6 years. I left my doctor in Canton, Tx.and started seeing Dr. Truong. I liked the receptionist. They were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Truong doesn't rush you through your appointment. Answers questions and is very kind and knowledgeable. He saw me through a mini stroke and a very bad fall that put me in the hospital with bleeding in my brain, my right eye bleeding and a broken elbow. Saw him for care afterwards, and specialists he sent me to. Very glad he is my primary doctor. Highly recommend this UT office. Jo Ann J.

Dr. Truong is an excellent physician. From the time he enters the exam room and warmly greets you he begins to do something very important. HE LISTENS! He asks questions and you have his undivided attention. He is very concerned with symptoms and explains any and all procedures. I have never felt rushed through an appointment, even during COVID when offices were packed. Dr. Truong is very thorough leaving nothing to chance. He has excellent communication skills and it is obvious he genuinely cares about his patients. Making an appointment to see Dr. Truong by phone is quick and easy. Also, by using the My Chart app, it's easy to check lab results or ask any follow up questions. I am very pleased to have Dr. Truong as my doctor and HIGHLY recommend him and his staff.

I read the bad reviews of Dr. Truong and his staff and I was amazed because my experience was so different. It's true that I waited 30 mins. in the exam room - in fact, I wasn't happy and almost left since I needed to get back to work - but his manner toward me and caring attitude won me over. He patiently spent as much time with me as I needed. He was attentive, conscientious, experienced and knowledgeable. He had not just a professional concern for my situation, it seemed he had a personal one as well. He has quickly followed up with further tests and procedures.
