I am so impressed with Dr. Kostan. He was very understanding and thorough. He made me feel comfortable with expressing my concerns and my health. The office staff was so warm and friendly even though I had my baby with me and she was becoming a little cranky. I am so happy that Dr. Kostan is my doctor now.

Dr. Kostan got me in immediately and got me back on track for my plan of care. He did not try to push new or other medications on me like my old doctor. Listened to me and my questions and got my prescriptions into the pharmacy on the same day I called for refills. Very pleased with how smooth the transition from my previous primary care was.

I have been going to Dr Kostan‘s office now for over a year. I am a type one diabetic with an insulin pump. I’ve always received great care from Dr Kostan and his staff. I have had no negative experiences at all. They always listen very carefully and react to whatever my needs are. I highly, highly recommend them. To add on to my previous post above just let me say that I am still highly satisfied, even overjoyed with the great care I get from Dr Kostan and all members of his staff such as his nurse Yolanda who is very kind and efficient along with the phlebotomists who pull the blood. All are great.

He's the Only Doctor who has stepped up to the plate. To help me diagnose what's attacking my body. The Nuerologist I was sent to ( Richard Tyer ) denied to see me. Without a reason. He's in Tyler Texas !! I'm wanting answers. Nothing more to try to control, or stop if possible the monster attacking my body. Doctor Kostancis the only Doctor stepping up to help. He's showing me compassion. As is his sweet Nurse Yolanda ( she's such a compassionate soul. If you truly want a Real Doctor!!! And I do mean a Real Deal Doctor contact Kurt's Kostan. He's the Real Deal!!! Not after the $$ he's there to actually do what he went to school for. And a added bonus ( he's a caring, compassionate Doctor) which these days are a rare find !! Doctor Kostan was very nice, personable, & seemed generally interested in trying to help me. Everyone in the office that i interacted with was very friendly, especially the nurse i saw before the doctor. The earliest appointment was 10 days away. That was frustrating, but they only have so much staff & time, so i don't think I can blame them for that. Once i arrived, everything went very fast, so the appointment time was accurate. I would definitely recommend Doctor Kostan to others. I am still communicating with them about follow ups, referrals, etc, & they reply very fast. Also, I don't have insurance, & he was very thoughtful & trying to help in the most cost effective ways, & i really appreciate that.

Thank you Dr Kostan! He was very nice & cheerful & very good & smart! I had my 1st appointment in April & The Staff & Nurses all very friendly. I met Dr. Kostan & he was friendly & nice. He answered any questions & listened to my struggles. I really liked him & plan on using him as my Doctor! Also he called me a couple times & didn't get me so he left voicemails, then finally he finally got me & went over some test. I really liked & was surprised that you actually get to talk with your doctor instead of a nurse! I have been to my 2nd appointment in July with Dr Kostan & I really like coming here! Everyone is very friendly & no problems with waiting! Dr Kostan comes in speaks to you in friendly manner & goes over any problems you might have. It's very nice having a Dr that will listen to you & ask how you are doing & has been continuing my regular medications that I've been taking for years! That was such a relief!!

All I can say is, thank you, Dr. Kostan! Dr. Kostan just gave my 84 year old mom her Medicare check up. She had trouble figuring out how to use My Chart, so she called the office. Dr Kostan personally called her and left a message (she’s a day sleeper) letting her know what was on her report. Who does that, these days?!? Then his nurse tried to reach her, again. She couldn’t reach mom, so she called me to make sure Mom was satisfied. It’s just so rare that a doctor takes such personal care of his patients and we just appreciate him, so much!
