I just wanted to start by saying THANK YOU for experience that I've had at my apt. I went in completely scared and not knowing what to expect, not only did my nurse/tech take the time to tell me that everything would be ok she took the time to listen to why I was so scared. Doc Perro did the exact same thing, explained everything to me step by step before and during my procedures. 10 out of 10 I will recommend this office to anyone!!

I had to have a functional rhinoplasty with major septal repair/bilateral inferior turbinate reduction and Dr. Perro did a phenomenal job. My recovery time was just under 1 month and there was never any exterior bruising at all. I very highly recommend Dr. Perro for anyone needing these types of surgeries.

Dr Perro has been great with my toddler. He had to have tubes placed in the ears almost 18 months ago and has had no problems since. He just had to have his tonsils taken out and was great with the procedure and follow up. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Perro following a surgery to remove a pre cancerous growth on my right nostril. I was left with most of my nostril inside my airway, due to the cartilage being removed to hold it in proper shape. Dr. Perro set out 3 options to take;…. to cut to the chase; given my age, having leukemia, bleeding problems, prolonged bleeding times, compromised immune system ; his best proposal was a silicon con to insert in both nostrils @ night to better breath through my nose. I have rarely seen a surgeon who was as honest, helpful, & gave alternatives to surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Perro, as he is going to do what is best for you, not his income. He is a very good, young doctor. He is outstanding in his field.!

I am the type that does not settle for a doctor just because they were referred from a Primary Care physician. I am on the alert from when I call, email and walk in, for there professionalism and competency and will leave if it is not adequate. I was very impressed by the front end staff, nurses and of course Dr Christopher Perro with UT Health East Texas. He went beyond checking all the boxes with his people skills and knowledge. I will not consider using any other Otolaryngologist and refer all my family and friends when they need an Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor. Thank you Dr Perro and staff.

Dr Perro is hands down the best nose plastic surgeon. He pays very close attention to detail, he backs up his work, and makes it a point to take care of his patients. He does not rush his appts or surgery and really takes the time to make his patients feel at ease. I would feel very good referring my friends and family to Dr Perro. I had to drive ~5hr to get my nose surgery done in Tyler, TX and was getting turned down by other doctors to take the stitches out locally. I was about to drive all the way back (~12hr drive round trip with bathroom breaks) when Dr Perro personally called a doctor he knew in my local area and set up an appt for me and all I had to do was show up. Dr Perro has the best intentions for his patients and takes care of people. To add to it, all the ladies that work in the office he is in are super nice and personal too. They really go out of their way to make sure their patients are taken care of.

Dr. Perro was extremely through with explaining the septoplasty/rhinoplasty procedure. My daughter was hit in the face with a baseball when she was very young causing her a deviated septum and she was now needing to get it fixed to be able to breath out of both nostrils versus only one. Dr. Perro was super understanding and patient in answering all of our queations. His knowledge gave us the confidence and understanding of what to expect before/during/after the surgery. My daughter and I did a lot of online research and watched a plethora of videos where everyone has bruising, Dr. Perro must have been extremely cautious and gentle because we have not seen any bruising whatsoever and it’s already been 3 wks since her surgery. Her ability to breath out of both nostrils now is amazing and the symmetry of her face has substantially improved to return her nose to what it used to be with subtle improvements. Having Dr. Perro do the surgery has been a great decision, he has phenomenal communication skills and is very considerate of his patients wants/needs. Thank you Dr. Perro!!!!!
