Dr. K is seriously the BEST physician I’ve had…. Ever! She listens- truly listens to all of your concerns. She’s QUICK about putting in referrals, and getting prescriptions put in. She’s just all around amazing and genuine. I will recommend her to literally everyone that will listen. As far as the staff and the practice, they’re all very nice and friendly. I always feel comfortable going to the doctor when it’s at this practice. Even if it’s a 15 minute drive for me! 1000000% worth it!

Dr. Karagozian is an amazing doctor!! I had so much trouble with another organization and health issues I was in and out of the hospital and having many many procedures. UT Hospital called me and asked if they could set me up with a primary care because my other one I had for years told me to leave her office she couldn’t help me with pancreatitis which I responded with I just need support in the process, not to treat it but the other doctor made me cry instead of supporting me (even told me to get out of her office, my labs were fine when I had just gotten diagnosed with pancreatitis the week before by a new GI Dr so no, my labs were not fine) I said yes because I needed to have my pancreas removed and it’s been a long and most difficult journey. I walked into the office and she met me and smiled (I wasn’t used to that so it was nice) then she told me she was so sorry I had gone through so many health issues at such a young age (I’m 33 and the issues were because of other drs not finding the issue after my gallbladder surgery and misdiagnosing me for 2.5 years instead of listening to me). I appreciate her expertise and bedside manner so much that I switched my family to her, I feel like I finally have a doctor I can trust. She’s very smart and helped me get a medicine I needed and also very kind! She gives absolutely astonishing service and I am thankful I have the pleasure to have her as my primary care doctor! Thank you Dr. Karagozian and staff!!

Dr K is an outstanding doctor and an even better human being. It is very difficult for me to open up to a Dr. and just leave it all on the table but one is able to do so with her. I have come to trust Dr. K implicitly and it is because she a thorough, thoughtful, empathetic, kind and caring medical professional. I have a very complicated situation going on and the Doctor has and is going out of her way beyond the simple referral to get me the care I need. You will not find a better general practitioner if you looked for ages. The best Doctor. Period.

First of all, I am new to this MD and she is new to me. My prior Primary was Bethany Starks, FNP for several years and I loved her but she left UT East Texas Physicians with short notice. Within about two weeks, I found myself with an Acute illness and no physician. I called the Flint UT Clinic and explained my predicament and Dr. Karagozian was able to see me next day. She was very thorough and first addressed the acute business taking as much time as needed with exam, labs, etc. and next she went over my entire history, medications, diagnoses, asking questions, and confirming every detail. I was very happy with her bedside manner, thoroughness, listening, and lack of rushing. I felt very comfortable and ease in our discussions. She also called me herself with test results which is something many MD's don't have or take the time to do. I'm very very impressed with Dr. K and look forward to a long patient-doctor relationship.
