
Tyler, Texas (May 5, 2025) — UT Health East Texas is excited to welcome Four Seasons Women’s Health, further strengthening our commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized care for women across East Texas. The practice will continue caring for patients at its current location, 2017 Rickety Lane in Tyler, and now operate as part of UT Health East Texas Women's Services, providing advanced obstetrics and gynecology care with an expanded team of experienced providers.
As part of this transition, the physicians of Four Seasons Women’s Health have partnered with UT Health East Texas and are employed by The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine, contributing their clinical expertise to the education and mentorship of future physicians. This integration reflects a shared commitment to excellence in both care and education.
In a key leadership development, Dr. Sherilyn A. Willis has been appointed Interim Chair of the Department of Women's Health at The UT Tyler School of Medicine, where she will oversee faculty development, education and strategic growth in women’s health.

Together, they provide a full range of services including comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, annual well-woman exams, contraception counseling, infertility evaluation and treatment, high-risk pregnancy care, menopause and perimenopause care, treatment for heavy bleeding and other menstrual disorders, ultrasound and minimally invasive surgery.
The transition also includes implementation of Epic, the premier electronic health record system, to enhance care coordination, improve patient access to records and streamline workflows for a more connected healthcare experience.
