“My care philosophy centers on working together with patients, families and communities to promote understanding, empathy and overall well-being. I am dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges and grow into the person they aspire to be,” said Dr. Pham.
“I chose to pursue a career in healthcare to provide care to others, especially underserved populations. I aim to make a meaningful impact in the community by uncovering the root causes of issues, advocating for patients with mental illnesses and ensuring that everyone receives the support they need to thrive.
“As a child and adolescent mental health provider, I specialize in treating mental health conditions with therapy and medications. I collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and community leaders to deliver comprehensive, personalized care.
“I was drawn to this specialty because many psychiatric conditions begin in childhood, and untreated symptoms can affect a person’s life well into adulthood. By addressing these issues early, I strive to help children and their families have the best possible quality of life.
“Other providers and community members should know that I am committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. I focus on building trust, listening to patients and families and offering holistic, compassionate care that considers the whole child rather than just the symptoms.”
