Dr. Johnston always listens and offers different options for any treatment needed. Been with him about 15 years, and would never consider switching doctors. Great guy, and a knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Johnston and his team are wonderful. Making an appointment is easy, and I love that I can fill out my paperwork on MyChart ahead of my appointment. With online check in, I've never had to wait more than 5 mins from my arrival until they call me back. Dr Johnston is fast and efficient, because he does his research before he sees you! He also takes the time to address every concern. His team is always kind, down to earth, friendly and organized. He really listens, and helps walk you through the various options, and tells you both the good and bad so you can make a truly informed decision, not just what he thinks. It helps because he may mention a side effect that you are unaware of or make the connection to something that has happened to you in the past. He's very thorough, and gets to know you, not just your chart. Highly recommend this doctor especially if you are female or entering "the change". He really empathizes, and doesn't just blow symptoms off to "that's life/aging". He wants you to have a better quality of life, not just exist in it. He makes every patient feel heard.

My wife is an R.N. When I see a doctor, she comes with me. She uses her experience to gauge the proposed treatment of her most-favorite patient... me! We have an excellent feeling that Dr. Johnston knows his stuff. He actually convinced me to get a once-in-a-lifetime pneumonia shot. Took him 10 minutes to do it; I hate shots. However, I hate pneumonia worse. He could have taken my initial 'No' as an answer. Instead he gave me good reasons to change my mind. IMHO he has his patients' best interests in mind. I recommend him.

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Johnston and we also LOVE his staff! They are always very friendly and they consistently stay on top of things like communication, scheduling, and anything we may need for the pharmacy. Our favorite nurse is Jessica because of how encouraging and inspiring she is and has been to us through my extensive healthcare journey! I have never “enjoyed” going to the Dr. But now when we do have to go in it is a pleasant experience and we are usually in and out before you know it! Keep up the Great work you guys. I hope you know that you are positively impacting lives daily. Our family Thanks You.
Sincerely,
