Cicily Cross-Blair, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Carthage who enjoys caring for her friends and neighbors. "My grandmother was a nurse, and I've always loved helping people. I am a social butterfly, and I like to visit with people, so I decided to go into the nursing field."
With more than 20 years of experience, Cross-Blair is able to address a wide range of medical needs. "I understand my patients' lifestyles and can relate to them better than someone who is unfamiliar with the area."

Cicily and her staff are phenomenal. They always provide the best care and we are in and out in no time. I'm so very appreciative to have a physician who truly cares about my family's well being. They are quick to get us an appointment when we need it and have even been very accommodating when we have needed to walk in for a couple of emergencies. The care is top notch and she is very knowledgeable in her profession. Would highly recommend to anyone. I don't trust my children's care to just anyone, so, I know they are in good hands with Cicily. Thank you.
