Betty Vale APRN, MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who practices at UT Health East Texas Physicians Pittsburg and UT Health East Texas Physicians Quitman. “I want to provide people with services they need, in their own community, by working in partnership with them toward better overall health.”
Although she sees patients from various health backgrounds, she is especially interested in helping patients with movement. “I have always had interest in spine, joints and muscles. If these areas are painful, or don’t function well, it impacts our ability to move, which in turn harms our overall health.”
She earned her bachelor’s degree in anatomy from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, and later returned to The University of Texas at Tyler to earn her bachelor’s degree in nursing. In addition, she earned her master’s degree in nursing from Graceland University in Independence, Missouri.
Her personal interests include spending time on the farm with her family or spending time on the trails riding her horse.
