Other than flight nursing, I have worked in the emergency room, critical care and with trauma surgery. I am dual certified in family and acute care.”

I saw Virginia Lovell, NP via telemedicine. She took time to listen and had me come by the urgent care location to have labs drawn, as well as ordered an ultrasound. I did not hear anything regarding the ultrasound being scheduled, but she followed up with me very regularly to see if scheduled and kept after it until it was scheduled. I've never had a provider follow up so closely. She is awesome!

I was seen immediately at Urgent Care on Broadway and had $0 copay since it is part of my primary care physician group on 5th Street The treatment for my wound and concern for my pain was exceptional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The PA, Ms. Lovell, was great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I did have to wait 2.5 hours to see her.

I went to their after hours clinic. It was speedy and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and nice. They have improved their wait times than the last time I went a year ago.

I had trouble w/ear gurgling/crackling during and after recovering from bronchitis. FNP-C Lovell diagnosed that I had fluid behind eardrum, and called in prescription. The whole check-in/check-out process took less than 30 minutes. Every employee at the UT Urgent care was tops. Thank you!
