Jerry W. Schwarzbach, MD

Jerry Schwarzbach, M.D. is a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician with extensive experience and advanced training in electromyography (nerve testing), and neuromusculoskeletal medicine and spine care. Dr. Schwarzbach received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine following an undergraduate degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania following an internship at the Louisiana State University Medical Center.
