Aaron Wilson, APRN, FNP-C. is a certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Lindale. "I care about my patients on a personal level and have a passion to give back to my hometown community. I am blessed and humbled to be able to serve those who come to see me when they are sick and hurting."

He chose to further his education as a nurse practitioner in order to serve his community in primary care. "Through my training and experience working with Winona ISD as a school trustee, I have come to love helping patients with their mental health. While cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in our country, few may realize that we live in one of the top counties in Texas for suicide."

Wilson makes it a priorty to further these conversations about mental health issues and address them as effectively as he would for physical health issues, such as high blood pressure or diabetes. "It is my hope that no patient would feel ashamed to seek help for any medical condition, whether physical or emotional."

We are always happy with the care and concern we receive when visiting Dr Hoyle and NP Aaron Wilson. They pay attention to why we have come in, and we appreciate their helping us with prescribing something that is helpful and that fits our need.

Love Aaron Wilson. He never rushes, always listens and you can tell he really cares. I wouldn't trust anyone else, I feel lucky to have him as my PCP for many years now and I hope many more to come.

If you have a legitimate health concern and are authentically seeking assistance healing that concern, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional, the staff will do their best to assist you. They are tied and somewhat limited by the UT system, especially in regards to mental health treatments, but I have a feeling that’s gonna change fairly rapidly with ongoing medical progress. Aaron was kind and understanding and the staff were friendly and helpful. They are also flexible in regards to insurance or lack thereof. I wouldn’t mind returning especially since it’s local.
