Dr Ford is a caring, intelligent person. She seems to be overloaded by UT Health with the number of patients she is assigned. She's always in a hurry because of the demands that UT Health loads on her. UT Health seems to only alot time for each patient to have only 1 health concern. Seeing how a trip to see her is a 100 mile round trip for me I always have more than 1 health concern. This, due to the timing of appointments demanded by UT Health puts Dr Ford at a instant disadvantage. This does not lead to a good outcome for the patient. I'm not faulting Dr Ford at all, as we all have our task masters. I would be very pleased if she had her own practice or was not so under "the gun".

I was extremely impressed with the kindness shown to me by all of the staff at the clinic. I was a new patient of Dr. Ford on this visit. She addressed my diabetes on this visit, as it was getting worse. She definitely knows what she is doing! She changed my medications and what a positive result! Dr. Ford also sent me to lab for a very comprehensive one at the end of our visit. I have had VA Health Care for decades, but Dr. Ford is now my Primary Care Physician. Just book an appointment as you will not regret it! Thank you so very much Doctor Ford.
