Cathy Fabbiani, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, is a pediatric nurse practitioner at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Carthage who sees patients from newborns to 18 years old. Using her 25 years of pediatric nursing experience, her goal is to develop a trusting relationship with both the patient and their parents and to provide them with compassion and evidenced-based care.
She chose to pursue healthcare because it allows her to care for others while providing continuous learning opportunities. “Healthcare is a profession that changes frequently. Every patient is different and every day presents a new challenge.
“Pediatrics has always been my passion. I have a natural rapport with children, and I want parents to know I will do everything in my power to make their child feel better. Providing quality of care to the patient and family and seeing a child get better brings me so much joy.”

Cathy is a fabulous provider who shows how much she cares about your child's health. Her and her office go above and beyond to make sure your child gets the care they need. I highly recommend if you are needing a pediatrician to look no further than right here in Carthage! You will not be disappointed!

This is a wonderful establishment to bring children for medical care. The entire staff is caring and considerate, giving each child the best care possible. Scheduling is a breeze with Ms. Barbara getting us in quickly, most visits being penciled in the same day. During our visits, Ms. Cindy warmly welcomes my children and prepares them for the care needed. Ms. Cathy greets each child and spends as much time as required for our family to know that we are in good hands. We never feel rushed by any of these ladies and always leave knowing that our concerns were heard and addressed. It is a blessing knowing that my children's health care is in welcoming and compassionate hands from the moment we walk in.
