Christine Moulds-Merritt, MD, is a board-certified general surgeon with a concentration on breast surgery at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Tyler. She has more than 20 years of experience caring for patients with breast issues and performing breast biopsies, excision and needle biopsies, lumpectomies and sentinel node biopsies, mastectomies and skin spring nipple sparing mastectomies. She works with a team of physicians, radiologists, oncologists and cosmetic surgeons to help women diagnose and treat breast cancer.

When not taking care of patients Dr. Moulds-Merritt enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown sons, hunting, quilting and traveling.
Dr. Moulds-Merritt is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
