Matthew Rudoloph, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who helps patients return to the activities and lifestyle they enjoy. His decision to become a physician was influenced by the many surgeries his mother had during his youth, and by serving as an emergency medical technician during his college years.
"I'm very patient-focused," Dr. Rudoloph said. "In today's world, there has to be a partnership between the doctor and patient. I provide the information, and together we make decisions based on what the patient wants."
In Athens, he practices sports medicine for local schools and helps people of all ages stay active through arthroscopy, fracture management and joint replacement.
